Today is Blog Action Day for the Environment. We are so participating in this Going Green event. 15,000 and 1 Bloggers are posting and 20,000,000 readers are reading about ways to help the environment today. So if you have a blog get to it. Help the Earth.

Here are my 5 Kuk Sool Going Green Recommendations:

1. Don’t use any paper today (pretty easy - use email or a laptop instead)
2. Run or Walk to Practice instead of Drive
3. Recycle that Water Bottle you use tonight
4. Talk to your Family and Friends about Environment Issues
5. Wash your Uniform on Cold (uses less energy)
