This video was just released on YouTube yesterday featuring the first Sparring Technique set in Kuk Sool called Gun Dae Ryun. It was taught to me as what I refer to as a “Floating Set” where there may be a proper place in the curriculum for it but it is mainly taught when the instructor thinks it is time. It is not locked as a technique set for a single belt level. It is a more dynamic and fun set in my mind.
