This Saturday from 12:15 to 12:45pm Kuk Sool Won of St Paul will be performing at Dragonfest at Phalen Lake & Park. We will be demonstrating techniques, forms, joint-locks, pressure points, self defense, and weapons. Everyone who comes to watch will be able to get free temporary tattoos as well as take advantage of our Special Summer Offer on our website for a Free month of lessons.
We are located on University Ave and feature a variety of classes to fit a busy schedule:
- Kid’s Martial Arts Classes: Mon & Wed 5 - 6pm or Tues & Thurs 6 - 7pm
- Adult Martial Arts Classes: Mon & Wed 7- 8pm or Tues & Thurs 7- 8pm
- Family Martial Arts Classes: Mon & Wed 6 - 7pm or Tues & Thurs 5 - 6pm
- Workout Classes: Mon & Thurs 8 - 9pm
