As an instructor and student of Kuk Sool Won I have found it difficult at times to get answers to some questions I have had regarding the style of Kuk Sool Won, culture questions, and specific questions about techniques/kicks/stances. Where do you go to get these questions answered?
First of all, feel free to comment and ask a questions here and I will get you an answer from a credible Kuk Sool source.
Second, which I have done before, is email a Master. Go to the schools section of kuksoolwon.com, find a school’s webiste that is run by a Master, and then you can usually easily find an email address under the “Contact Us” section of their website. Make sure to use proper etiquette and be very respectful when asking questions. In the past this has worked out very well for getting those tough questions answered.
Third, ask your instructor. Often times your very own instructor will know the answer to your question, or if they do not they can call a higher rank and find it out for you in the future.
